Hotel Rosati - Chiusi

Hotel Rosati Chiusi provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, right off the autostrada in the heart of Tuscany, made it convenient for travelers. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were sufficient. The rooms with huge fireplaces added a cozy touch to our stay.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The dining room was one of a kind

The staff at the hotel were excellent. The selection of food for dinner was unexpectedly good and prices were satisfactory. The ambiance of the hotel is superb with varied collections of items gathered and displayed throughout. We particularly like the car 'dining area' and the half car 'drinks area' outside. Unique. The owner was particularly welcoming and spent time explaining how he collected such varied items. The hotel is particularly well placed as a stopover on the autostrada - this was the purpose of our stay. There were 4 people in our group. We highly recommend this establishment.

That we only stayed one night !!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money that this hotel offered. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail provided. Secondly, the location of this hotel was excellent. It is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Chiusi, right off the autostrada. This made it incredibly easy to access and was especially beneficial for those traveling by car. Additionally, there is a shopping centre nearby, so any last-minute purchases or necessities were easily obtained. Lastly, one aspect that stood out to me was the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The rooms were well-appointed and had a homely feel to them, with huge fireplaces adding to the cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and included a variety of options to choose from.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory and met my expectations.

We loved our small but very well appointed room. The bed was supremely comfortable, there were lights for reading and there were several very comfortable "public areas" on our floor as well as many outdoor spaces to read or relax. Wifi was no problem.The food in the restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. Lastly, the owner, Cristine, spent a good bit of time with us, helping us to select special towns to visit during our trip. She was a wonderful host.

Not a complaint but just a fact: the style of the shower in our room made it difficult to shower without flooding the floor and the position of it made it quite difficult to get to the toilet. Careful attention had to be paid in order to avoid tripping.

Great food at the restaurant and a convenient location close to the city center were the best aspects of our stay. The decorations and atmosphere were quaint and cozy.

I would not stay here again. The rooms were noisy and uncomfortable, as well as overpriced during Easter time.

The hotel had a great location, close to a major highway and a shopping center. It was easy to get to many tourist spots in the area. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations in the common areas.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the breakfast selection was limited and could have been better.

This hotel is in a perfect location for those who want to explore Tuscany, being right off the autostrada and near a shopping centre. the rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and beautiful vintage decoration. the owners are warm and welcoming, providing great service.

Some parts of the hotel are in need of renovation, with some outdated furniture.
